Adam Rosen
Adam Rosen of Polsky, Shouldice, & Rosen, P.C. has been a partner and workers’ compensation lawyer in NYsince 2000. He graduated from Hofstra Law School in 1995 and has spent every moment since dedicated to the workers’ compensation field of law. He is passionate about helping employees enforce their rights and making sure they are treated fairly by their employers.
Adam believes it is crucial to educate workers so that they know their rights and what they deserve. Because of this, he spends some of his free time lecturing at union meetings, churches, and community centers about what kind of treatment they deserve at work. He spends time in both the Brooklyn and the Bronx offices to give time to clients to get their questions answered and speak in more detail about their workers’ compensation cases. There are other people in the office to speak with as well, but Adam likes to play an active role in every one of his clients’ cases.
The workers’ compensation community has recognized Adam as playing a big role in the workers’ comp community. For example, he was named the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Nassau County Bar. He also is an active member in the Injured Workers Bar Association and is working hard to educate the Bar and his clients alike about the issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic and how it affects workers’ compensation claims. Adam will continue to push the boundaries in this sector of the law and will always fight for justice to be served. He is an advocate for people and wants to see fairness in the justice system. These are important motivating reasons Adam began his career in law, and he will continue to fight for things to be fair.
