Johnson City car accident lawyer, Mark Hurt, grew up in Bristol and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. After earning his law degree at Duke University, Mark practiced law at large litigation firms in both Dallas, TX and Washington, D.C., but soon returned to the Tri-Cities area to open his own law firm.

That law firm has now grown to seven locations. Clients who come to The Law Offices of Mark T. Mark has earned a reputation as a skilled negotiator, having reached settlements for clients ranging from minor personal injury cases for thousands of dollars all the way up to multimillion-dollar settlements for major cases. He is also a well-respected litigator, with extensive experience trying cases in front of juries. He has also argued appeals in Virginia, Tennessee, and federal courts, and has had the privilege of arguing two cases before the United States Supreme Court.  

Mark lives in Abingdon, Virginia with his wife and family and enjoys playing tennis when he has the opportunity.
